​Advanced Architecture 5 - Individual Study

This course is for the serious architecturally minded student.  (Many of Mrs. G.'s advanced architecture students have gone on to study architecture or one one the design fields in college.)  This potential for a portfolio project is highly encouraged.

Students work with Mrs. G. to choose a design project.  Over the course of four (or eight) months, students will work directly with Mrs. G. on their choosen project.  

Previous students have chosen to do some of the following:

1.  Architecture Competitions*
2.  School Design Project
3.  Library Design Project
4.  Sports related Design Project
5.  Design for a novel or theater
6.  Theater Set Design

Pretty much any design project will be considered.  

Students work with Mrs. G.  to develop a syllabus and course expectations.

Students meet with Mrs. G. for 25 minutes each week via Zoom for reviews and next steps. 

This course is really a lot of fun and one of Mrs. G's favorite ways to work with architecture students.

Tuition:  $750/ nine months or  $400 + $100/month ($900/school year)
