No Refund Policy for Online Courses
Thank you for enrolling in our online courses. We are committed to providing you with the best learning experience possible. However, once you have registered and paid for a course, we ask that you carefully consider your commitment to completing the course.
Refunds
Due to the nature of online courses and the preparation required, we do not offer refunds once the course has started, unless otherwise specified.
Deferrals or Course Transfers
If, after attending for up to two weeks, you find that the course schedule or content does not meet your needs, we offer the following options:

Deferrals or Course Transfers
If, after attending for up to two weeks, you find that the course schedule or content does not meet your needs, we offer the following options:
- Deferral to a Future Session: You may defer your enrollment to a future session of the same course, provided there is space available in the new session.
- Course Transfer: If the course no longer works for you, you may transfer your enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value, provided you contact us within two weeks of the course start date.
- To qualify for a deferral or course transfer, you must notify us within two weeks of the start of the course.
- You may transfer to a course of equal or lesser value; if the new course is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
- No deferrals or course transfers will be allowed after the two-week period.
